HOW detailed are your prints? WHAT DO THEY LOOK LIKE WHEN PRINTED?
IN SHORT: They show unbelievable detail and look AMAZING when printed! IN RECENT YEARS DIGITAL CAMERAS have taken A MAJOR LEAP IN RESOLUTION AND CLARITY. I CURRENTLY SHOOT WITH A FUJI GFX 100 MEDIUM FORMAT CAMERA AND FUJI'S REMARKABLE PRIME LENSES (23,45,110,250). THIS CAMERA has 102 MEGAPIXELS AND ITS CAPABILITIES ARE UNSURPASSED IN TERMS OF IMAGE QUALITY AND DETAIL. IT'S COMMON FOR ME TO DISCOVER NEW DETAIL AND NUANCE IN AN IMAGE AFTER I SHOOT IT AND WHILE LOOKING AT IT ON A COMPUTER. THE AMOUNT OF DATA CREATED BY THE GFX IS IMMENSE AND AS A RESULT MY PRINTS HAVE EXCEPTIONAL DETAIL, CLARITY, AND COLOR. UNFORTUNATELY IN ORDER TO PRESENT IMAGES ON THE INTERNET image FILES ARE NECESSARILY COMPRESSED SO A BIT OF RESOLUTION AND DETAIL IS LOST TO THE VIEWER ON THIS WEBSITE. IN THE IMAGE TITLED "KACHINA WILDERNESS, NORTHERN ARIZONA" I WAS STANDING OVER 11 MILES FROM THE SKI LIFT AT HUMPHREYS PEAK, NEAR FLAGSTAFF, ARIZONA. THE IMAGE FILE CONTAINS RESOLVED DETAIL ON THE LIFTS, AS WELL AS INDIVIDUAL TREE TRUNKS AND OTHER DETAILS. I ALWAYS SHOOT WITH A TRIPOD AND I TYPICALLY SHOOT WITH A REMOTE TRIGGER, NOT TOUCHING THE CAMERA AT THE MOMENT OF recording. WHILE IMAGE "FIDELITY" IS IMPORTANT AT ANY SIZE, IMAGE RESOLUTION BECOMES MORE IMPORTANT THE LARGER ONE PRINTS. FOR BOTH OPEN EDITION AND COLLECTOR'S PRINTS IMAGE CLARITY AND DETAIL IS EXCEPTIONAL. you can walk right up to one of my prints and see tremendous detail and beauty. you'll be amazed - which is my goal!

Description from Merchant:
We currently offer two very high quality print surfaces / substrates on our site. Fujiflex Paper, used for our Open Edition prints is widely recognized as having 100 year archivability. Our UltimateMetal-Chromaluxe surface, used for our Collector's Edition prints is "virtually ageless" in terms of durability and color fastness. The material is even impervious to sun and rain.
